Dr Bhaskar Siraparapu
MBBS, FRACGP
Graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India, in 2001.
He also holds an Australian Medical Council (AMC) Certificate and became accredited as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2019. He is a proficient doctor who believes listening to his patients and motivating them to improve their health is at the heart of how he practices medicine.

Dr Htay Thaung
MBBS, FRACGP
Joined our practice in May 2008. He has been practising medicine since 1987 after graduating in Burma.
Dr Htay practised in South Africa for ten years and moved to Australia in 2003 as a Medical Registrar at the QEII Hospital. He then moved to General Practice Training and was awarded FRACGP in 2010. Dr Htay enjoys providing comprehensive primary health care to the public, especially to the rural population.

Dr Aung Myo Oo
MBBS, FRACGP
Joined our practice in April 2013. Dr Oo graduated in Burma and worked there and also in Fiji before coming to Australia in 2007.
He worked for the Townsville Hospital for three years, followed by the Toowoomba Hospital for another three years, and then in 2012 he begun work at the Laidley Hospital and Laidley Family Doctors.

Dr Praneetha Konka
MBBS, FRACGP
An experienced and compassionate General Practitioner with a diverse medical background. She graduated from medical school in India in 2010 and completed her MRCGP in the UK in 2024. She also gained valuable research experience in Paediatric Neurology at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan, USA, which has contributed to her evidence-based approach to care.
Passionate about family medicine, Dr Konka is dedicated to treating patients holistically addressing physical, emotional, and social aspects of health. She strongly believes in the importance of patient education and strives to empower individuals to take an active role in their wellbeing.

Dr Jawaid Yaqub
MBBS, FRACGP
An experienced doctor with over 27 years of extensive experience in hospitals and general practice; including 15 years in general practice with clinical and management experience involving diagnosis, treatment and management of complex medical conditions and teaching of junior doctors and medical students.
Dr. Yakub has been a Director and an Owner of Medical Centres and have developed and managed medical centres in the last 12 years.

Dr Jaideep Bali
MBBS, FRACGP, DipPsych
Graduated from Panjab university, trained at Ipswich Hospital, Caboolture Hospital, Logan Hospital and worked afterhours doctor at the Gold Coast Hospital. He has worked both rural and urban QLD. His special interests are travel vaccination, men’s health, family medicine, paediatrics, minor trauma and surgical procedures.
Dr Jaideep has special training in Mental Health Care, Skin checks, Workplace injuries, pre-employment as well as general medical health checks/occupational health. Can be located on Injury Net.

Dr. Rakhsha Hesami (Rasha)
MBBS, FRACGP
A highly experienced General Practitioner with over 13 years of dedicated service in the medical field. She graduated from Tabriz Medical Sciences University in Iran and brings a rich background in cardiology to her practice.
With a comprehensive approach to patient care, Dr. Rakhsha specialises in various areas including cardiology, skin checks, skin cancer surgery, chronic disease management, women’s health, and mental health. Her commitment to providing holistic and personalised care makes her a trusted and valued member of our healthcare team.
Dr. Rakhsha is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal health and well-being, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Practice Manager
Endorsed Enrolled Nurse has joined the practice in December 2020. Emma has a particular interest in chronic disease management and patient education.
